New Reception Blog
The three Reception classes have started a new blog to keep parents and carers informed of the fantastic things their children are doing whilst at school. Go to the Bowhill Blogs button and click on the Reception Blog Link.
Welcome back to the last half term of the school year. As usual, we are looking forward to a busy schedule with sports days, curriculum based-trips, and at the end of the term, a celebration of 10 years of Bowhill Primary School. Please keep your eyes on newsletters, notice boards, and of course, our website for up-to-date information.
Maintenance Works & School Access
You will notice that building works/improvements have started around the school. The children have had a talk during assembly from the contractors regarding health and safety and works being carried out, which include repairing the lift in the main building and outdoor maintenance. We are looking forward to the results of these improvements to our already fantastic school.
From Monday 1 June, Class 3/1 will access their classroom via the door by the Reception play area and also leave the school building by this route - the door which is used by parents/carers of children in R2. Due to the increase in numbers using this entrance we are asking that for all ground floor classrooms other than R2, parents/carers access via the outside classroom door – and also leave this way too both at the start and the end of the day – even if you need to visit the office. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
